The Byrd House is a lovely Dutch Victorian home, built is 1905. It features hardwood floors, a beautiful oak staircase, and extensive oak woodwork. The peaceful setting, amid antiques and family heirlooms, wraps you in the serenity of a time lone-ago. The previous owner of the Byrd House,Sadie Sole invited ladies from near and far into her parlor "Sadie's Hat Shoppe". Current owner/innkeeper, Linda Byrd, has restored the Victorian charm of the house and invites you to nestle down in one of the two comfy nests.
